Understanding Filters

Stream Exclusion Filters can be used to exclude certain keywords from the stream body.

How it works

When Awesome Goat ingests an item from a crawled web page, it will go through all the existing filters and verify that none of them matches. The newly discovered item will be discarded if any of the exclusion filters matches the item's content.

You can review the list of items excluded by a given filter any time. Removing the exclusion filters will put the excluded items back to the stream.
