Hi fellow CMMCers! We are working to get our MDM fully implemented (ManageEngine) and it's being going fairly well so far, we are planning to do the Work Profile setup for BYOD Androids, which as far as I can tell, can be made compliant. We have a lot of folks that hate carrying two phones (myself included) so we're trying to make this work. My question is - do you force location enabled for your MDM devices? Mgmt. thinks it's unfair if we do that for fully corporate-managed devices and not for BYOD, which I sort of agree...but I'm questioning whether location truly needs to be forced on at all times. While it's certainly helpful for tracking, it's a battery drain and I do not want it enabled at all times on my personal device (and I'm sure others won't either). How are you folks handling this?
