I do a lot of the IT for a company with around 500 employees and it's just me doing everything for both commercial tenant and GCC-high tenant. There's a lot I don't know, and it makes it really hard to be compliant with everything -- and then there's also the stress of talking to 3 CMMC auditors for a week going over all of our SOPs and evidence. This is also just one of the hats I wear at this company, and I feel like I don't have the time it requires to monitor logs, implement all of the policies, document all of the policies, manage the ticketing service, and thoroughly walk through audits with assessors..

My question is this, what is your company size, and how many people do you have working together to achieve CMMC compliance? How do you break things down between teams, or is it usually a one man show for companies this size?
