The DoD estimates only 135 of the 8350 companies will be able to have an assessment completed by a C3PAO in the first year of the roll out. Is there any cap a C3PAO can price an assessment at or is my economics 101 class about to be super right. (supply and demand)

I'm thinking they are about to have a field day hiking the price for any prime contract holders..
