I have a question on defining if something very specific is cui or not (this specific example seems like a gray area)

If you have a blueprint that is marked cui does that make the blueprint part number and name cui itself? if you have a cloud accounting software were quoted and pos are made does this need to be fedramp per 7012 if these numbers and names are stored in there?

If you created a p.o. With the part number and part name would this be fci or cui?
