Happy Fridays!

I am curious what folks that are going for level 2, or are level 2 already are doing for patch management. I was considering using Manage Engines Patch manager pro on prem version. But I am no longer a fan of how they deal with Tech support and basically requiring that we upload ALL logs to them every time any little ticket needs to be opened. I was hoping they wouldn't upload anything from our infrastructure and the only info coming into the server would be about new patches and what not.

So that's back to my question, what are folks using?
